圣安德鲁’s School is committed to the ongoing development of a 文化 that honors diversity and 肯定 the essential dignity of each member of our community. It is among our highest responsibilities to make our school a place that is safe and welcoming for all.
We believe that the pursuit of justice is core to the foundation of who we are as a school and central to our educational mission. We seek to help young people develop cross-文化 communication skills and empathetic understanding across differences of age, 能力, 家庭组成, 社会经济地位, 文化, 宗教, 性, 性别, 语言, 国家的起源, 和种族. We intend that all members of our community--faculty, 工作人员, 学生, and families alike--will value 民间话语 and 服务 to others, and we hope to graduate 学生 prepared, as their circumstances may demand, 勇敢地行动,勇敢地行动.
Affirmed by the 校董会 in 2015, the 圣安德鲁’s School strategic plan--Vision 2020--showcases the school’s commitment to the principles of 股本 and justice as guided by our partnerships with the National Association of Independent School (仙女虫属) and the National Association of Episcopal Schools (na).
In response to initiatives included in Vision 2020, the school has engaged with its internal constituents on several fronts to lay the foundation for the emerging anti-racist work required of all communities centered on the pursuit of justice.

Episcopal schools are places that affirm these differences as sources of strength that build up common life, 加深我们共同的人性, 提高智力水平, 社会, 精神上的, and moral development of all 学生. This mandate was succinctly expressed in Goal Four of the na 2012 战略计划: to “articulate a core religious identity within the context of our multi-religious and 包容 Episcopal school communities by promoting values of justice, 股本, 服务, 民间话语, 还有道德勇气.”
